Hi guys, & once again,
welcome to our KBC Youth blog =D It's a
pleasure to be serving the Lord once again, & I hope that though I can't serve him in
creating a website for our church, at least I can
start small ! As the saying goes,
"All good things humble beginnings" =)So, let's get back to the
main event before I stray of from our topic. Haha, I'm glad to announce that
2 of our fellow youths are back after being far far away from us for so long =D Let's
welcome back brother Issac Hong & sister Esther Chee back into the House of The Lord, & may I say what
fashionable hairstyle they are sporting now haha.
Brother Issac has just finished his stint in the
Nasional Service[a picture of health =)] & now has plans to
furthur his studies in Accounts =) Meanwhile,
Sister Esther has just returned from her
Training Course all the way from Johor & is now an
official church worker in KBC ! First of all, I want to
give thanks to God for their safe return & pray that they may
continue to serve the Kingdom of God & all His glory =)
& stick around, cause there's
more eye-candy in store =D
SPM results are finally out, let's give a round of applause to our SPM-leavers,
Brother Issac, Brother Reuben, & Sister Esther Chee ! Although their
success cannot be counted in number of A's they scored , I'm grateful that they have
passed a big milestone in their lives & are
continuing to grow in spirit, wisdom & maturity. I pray for you guys that
God will always be by your side when you need Him as you venture into a new world & journey =)
Work hard for your success in life,
pray & serve Him with your heart &
live life they way God wants you to live =D & I hope this will
motivate our SPM takers this year,
Evonne,John, Moses, Aaron, Joel & Levi to do their best & to study hard[sorry if I left out anybody =(].
Amen? =D& finally our main course for today,[serious music playing...] is our
Kite Flying activity today haha! Woo! Firstly, I'm so
thankful to God that today was a perfect day to fly our kites & nothing bad went wrong =D I guess all that
hardwork praying really payed off, YAY! Oh boy, let me tell you guys, flying a kite in Selayang Metropolitan Park isn't easy with high speed winds & plenty of strings to get tangled with. But, the
fun of just being like a child again really is worth it =D Other activities played today included
frisbee toss, jogging & even an ice-cube war[started by Kalvin haha] using ice-cube we bought to keep our 100plus drinks cool =D Anyway,
pictures are worth a thousand words, so here's a few =) Enjoy !
